So,
Being in Britain when you have an obsession with Japan culture and
cosplay can be hard. I'm here to teach you all how to look like your
favourite Japanese pop stars, idols, anime characters, vocaloids etc.
But not look over the top and get made fun of for it.
I
swear, British people can be mean when it comes to dying your hair
green or wearing huge contact lenses because it seems weird or psycho to
dress and/or look that way (personal experience there...)This tutorial will be on how to look like the sweet toothed cutie, L or Ryuzaki from Death Note ~
Secondly, The hair. L tends to have his messy, almost bed-head style. (and according to this a guy a moustache heehee ~)
So boys, it's easy for you guys, just don't brush it thoroughly or effectively . . . maybe even at all . . . I have no idea how guys hair works heehee ^//^
But for girls, I'd say leave your hair natural, don't fuss over it. Don't curl it, don't straighten it, don't put it up . . . just leave it, brush it when you wake up and BAM! Done . . .teehee ~
Thirdly, Make up and skin. So Ryuzaki L has clear skin although he eats a whole lot of sugar to the point where i think his tea is gritty with it . . .ew . . .
anyway, use a light foundation and cover your face and partially down your neck to make it look normal. Apply a light layer of pale skin powder, and add an ivory or lighter shade of concealer over blemishes, wounds and such that you may or may not have on your face.
Okay so all I would say here would be to wear some grey or smokey eye liner just under your eye to symbolise bags of some kind . . . if you want to go as fancy as possible with this look, then add some mascara, it won't take away too much attention from what's under your eyes ^//^ ~
So here you have it, How to look like Ryuzaki L. I really hope you guys enjoyed this quickie.
If anyone has any requests, or recommendations then please email me or comment on my blog to say which character you'd love to look like.
